The T just looks too odd for me to like it. Not sure if this will help or hurt, but you may want to change it to BTD since that is what we'll be known by in game.

The rose should be black and the letter just seem mismatched. I like the concept. I do think BTD is the way to go since it is our new tag.

It is not mine. It is the Canon Decal for Jeremiah Rose's Blackthornes. I will post the site when I find it. Shows MANY MANY Canon unit paint schemes and Decals.

I actually like the black but the rose and BT is a great concept. Looks simple and cool if pompous.

Couple of issues:
1.) Black Thorns does not form until 3054-3055. It also doesn't last very long in canon.
2. ) It was a really tiny unit of less than 8 mechs.
3.) Their founders are tied to the Highlanders.
